Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Prometheus Works ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Prometheus Works.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with notice provided through the Platform.
Platform Use
Permitted Use
You may use the Platform for its intended purpose: creating and participating in meaningful dialogue through groups, conversations, and collaborative activities. You agree to use the Platform in a manner consistent with our mission of fostering thoughtful human connection.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Platform for: harassment, abuse, or harmful behavior toward other users; sharing illegal, hateful, or deliberately misleading content; attempting to disrupt or compromise the Platform's security or functionality; commercial spam or unauthorized advertising; or impersonating others or creating false identities.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you create or share on the Platform. By posting content, you grant us a limited license to display, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Platform's services.
User Responsibilities
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Respectful Dialogue
Engage with others respectfully and constructively. Our community standards prioritize meaningful exchange over heated debate.
Accurate Information
Provide accurate information when creating your profile and participating in conversations. Authenticity builds trust.
Privacy Respect
Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other users' shared content and personal information.
Service Terms
Subscription and Billing
Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of subscription periods. Refunds are only provided where required by applicable law or in cases of technical service failure that cannot be resolved.
Billing Disputes
For billing inquiries or disputes, please contact us at office@prometheusworks.co within 30 days of the charge.
Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance and updates that may temporarily affect availability.
Limitation of Liability
Prometheus Works is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
